Preparation of All Service Charge Statements
We prepare the complete annual service charge statements for all units within a property. All relevant cost items are systematically recorded, reviewed, and allocated to tenants in accordance with the contractual agreements.

Unit-Based Apportionments

Review of Apportionable Costs
